Lukas brings over 15 years of leadership experience in utility-scale wind power construction, operations, and maintenance. Throughout his career, he has established a strong track record of optimizing maintenance programs that enhance safety, improve operational efficiency, and maximize return on investment. By collaborating extensively with prominent wind turbine original equipment manufacturers and cross-functional teams in engineering, data analytics, quality assurance, and operations, Lukas has developed a deep understanding of the drivers behind production excellence. His forward-thinking approach harnesses advanced technologies and data-driven insights to deliver sustainable, high-impact results across the rapidly progressing wind energy sector.
Pablo Nieves | Co-Founder & SCADA Engineer
Pablo Nieves is a wind-energy software and data engineer with master’s degrees in industrial engineering and artificial intelligence. He has experience shipping production-grade code, building SCADA data pipelines with rigorous quality controls, end-to-end traceability, and developing analytics that reconcile high-frequency signals with logs and work orders. His work includes predictive maintenance features—early fault indicators, equipment health metrics, and prioritization tools—along with tag harmonization across mixed fleets. Pablo has worked closely with turbine maintenance crews and up-tower data-collection teams, grounding his assumptions about failure modes and data quality. He prioritizes reproducible datasets and traceable, auditable results from sensor to decision.
